Ordering
When you want to checkout, you need an account. You can create these for free. Do you already have an account? then log in. Place the products in your shopping cart. Please note that we only accept orders with a minimum order value from €1000 euro.
Fill in all the required information and choose your payment method. You can pay via iDeal, Credit Card or Paypal. If you want to pay by invoice you can do so at. Please contact our customer service department to do so.
You can do this by emailing us at info@flinqcommerce.nl or by calling or emailing our customer service department. Is your order already on its way? Then you can refuse it to the carrier.
If you want to change your delivery address you can only do so at the time it has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service department to do so. In the DHL app, you can also change the delivery address, though that depends on how far along the package is in the delivery process.
