We are FlinQ Commerce
FlinQ Commerce was born from the idea of making life in Dutch and other European households a little more pleasant. From a back room in Bussum about six years ago, we sent the first products into the world. From trendy gadgets to smoke detectors and flashlights to laundry racks. In that back room, the FlinQ sights were focused. Since then, we have always been looking for new trends and innovative non-food products.

Our product offerings are aimed at making life a little easier. Think handy household items, luminous lamps and cooling fans. Or take the current development of the smart household, where lights and other items in the home can be controlled at the touch of a smartphone - with FlinQ, this is no longer a pipe dream. In all these product groups, the ratio of price to quality is paramount: you never pay too much for a FlinQ product.
Every new product goes through the same process. From a test of the first demo, to the manual in several European languages, each item is given the FlinQ jacket.

Product Design
A new article begins with a good idea. At the (digital) drawing board, we then shape the first design. In our network, we then already started looking for the producer. Quality control and testing of the first demos will follow. A FlinQ logo or packaging in your style and the item is ready to sell!
Customer Contact
The sale of an item is never the end point. After-sales is perhaps the most important part of the sales process. If a customer has questions about a product, our customer service team is standing by. Only when the customer is satisfied with the purchase can we be too. Because in the optimal use of our items lies the utility.
Content
In the e-commerce world, selling an item hinges on good content. Our content team consists of (web) designers, video specialists and language virtuosos. With that, we create A-level content: from a smooth sales text to a modern product video. This is how we bring the product to life.
Logistics and warehouse
FlinQ Commerce is located on the edge of Baarn and Eemnes. The warehouse right next to the A1 highway gives us a unique logistics position. Ensuring that packages and pallets arrive on time is critical in e-commerce. Whether it's a small package on its way to the end consumer or four pallets for another warehouse.
Full-service partner
We like to share our accumulated knowledge in product development and sourcing with novice salespeople and other entrepreneurs who have a good idea for an innovative item. In the form of a full-service partner, we assist you throughout the entire product development process.
