Description
A durable light source is now a familiar sight in and around every household. The FlinQ Butterfly Solar Lamps are a unique addition to that offering. These lamps are one with nature in two ways: in form and in use. You no longer need electricity or batteries to light up the space around your home or property. Let nature give you a hand.
Not only is the shape of this lamp reminiscent of a butterfly, the design also has the unique look of the flying insect. The lamp further owes its name to the lighting effect that resembles a butterfly. The butterfly effect is caused by light from the left, right and bottom. As if the lamp on the wall was moving.
On one side, the butterfly lamp features a solar panel. This is where the energy needed to make the underside shine next is captured. A solar lamp in optima forma.
Durable wall lamp
– Modern design LED wall light provides illumination around the house
– Solar panel on the lamp provides necessary energy: light makes light!
– Available in two different sizes (and strengths)
– Includes motion sensors for extra durable use
– Durable wall lamp for around the house
The lamp charges during the day and draws maximum power from the sun’s rays that are captured. This also happens when the sun shines behind the clouds by the way. Then the lamp itself shines at night the moment someone walks by, or if any other movement is detected. This makes the solar lamp even more efficient; you have light when you need it.
The FlinQ Butterfly Solar Lamp is available in two different sizes and strengths. Choose the compact Geisha (1.5W and 220lm) or the larger Atalanta (4W and 500lm). Both are IP65 Waterproof. So on a rainy day, you don’t have to worry about the solar panel not being able to digest the precipitation.
The ideal installation height for the lamp on sunlight is estimated to be 2 to 4 meters, depending on the location of the lamp. In doing so, choose a place where you can make good use of the light. The power of the LED lights will amaze you: this butterfly shines.
Working mode Atalanta
The Solar Lamp Atalanta has two working modes. Mode A: If the battery percentage exceeds thirty percent, the lamp automatically lights up to full strength when motion is detected within 6 meters. The lamp then dims to 3 percent strength (front and rear lights on) after 20 seconds without movement. If the battery percentage is lower than 30 percent, the lamp lights up to full strength when motion is detected within 6 meters. The lamp then dims to 3 percent strength (front light off, rear light on) after 20 seconds without movement.
Mode B: The lamp automatically lights up when the sun is down (<30 LUX) and stays at 50 percent brightness. After 5 hours or when the battery percentage falls below 30 percent, the lamp switches to power-saving mode. Then the lamp automatically switches to 50 percent strength when motion is detected within 6 meters. Then the light dims to a lower intensity (front light off, rear light on) after 20 seconds without movement.
Use the switch button to switch between modes. Press once and the tail light flashes once: mode A. Press once more and the tail light flashes twice: mode B. Press a third time and the light turns off.
